A time of reflection.

As 2022 quickly approaches its end, I always take this time to reflect on the past year for people, animals, and things I am genuinely grateful for and have in my life. It is also a time that I begin thinking about what I wish to manifest in the coming New Year. I quickly think about things I might have handled differently, not to feel bad or guilty, but to learn and grow.

It is a hectic time for everyone, so taking time for yourself and caring for your body is essential. Whether taking longer walks with your dog, getting a massage, or simply curling up in front of the fireplace with a good book! Whatever you do to ground yourself, it is essential to put this into good practice now. As I shared in my recent interview with Authority Magazine, when they asked, “What would you tell someone that says they don’t have the time for self-care?” My response was, “make time!”.

I wish you and your four-legged friends Peace and Holiday Blessings.

In gratitude,

Kathleen
