With 25 years of experience as an Executive Assistant supporting C-Suite Executives and Board of Directors of Global Corporations, I was experiencing a growing discontent with sitting in a cubicle day in and day out. I was fast approaching corporate burnout despite loving what I did and being good at it! I was tired of 10-12 hour days, being on call 24/7, and driving over 90 minutes in the Southern California traffic, one way!

I was tired of working so hard to make someone else’s dream come true. I needed to find a passion for my work and life again. After some soul searching, meditation, and the creation of vision boards, I started my own business, The Virtual Assistant & Company.

Max is my go-to Wizard! Whatever I give him, he does with precision, accuracy, and efficiency. He brings many years of supporting Executives at companies such as Zillow, Sotheby’s, Home Bay, and others. He has a solid and clear understanding of how to navigate the waters of the explosive environments of start-up companies.

Max is an expert in Google Workspace, MS office, Salesforce, Carta, Rippling, Paylocity, to name a few. He is my go-to guy in the world of financial analytics and accounting and managing capitalization tables, and implementing Carta to organize it. 

He is quick, efficient, professional, thoughtful, and can get anything done. I worked with Max at other companies, and when I had the opportunity to add him to my Team, I seized the opportunity!

Graduating during the pandemic allowed me to change my world perspective. There are always new obstacles, and I am a problem solver.
I am passionate about improving processes, automating, and transforming business workflows using innovative technologies. With a background in Accounting & Audit, I have worked directly with clients, small teams, and organizations of various sizes – including Non-Profit organizations, Charter Schools, Medical Institutes, Cemetery Homes, Universities, and Grocery Stores. Additionally, I have a foundation working directly with Point-of-Sale systems, Square, Inventory Management, Data entry/data conversion, project management, and automation.

Whether training your team or evaluating your current processes, my motto is: “Think smarter, not harder…” – Let’s connect; together, we can solve any challenges and find the optimal approach for long-term results.
