Anthony and I had a wonderful lunch in Laguna Beach, CA with the late Vidya Light Miller, Founder of The Ayurvedic College for Well-Being in Sarasota, FL. She was a teacher, Ayurvedic practitioner, writer, and Aromatherapy expert. She will always be with us in Spirit.
