Are you considering hiring an Executive Virtual Assistant but unsure where to start? We’ve got you covered! Whether you’re a seasoned pro or new to the game, finding the perfect EVA can be a game-changer for your business.

Here’s Your Cheat Sheet!

Check out these essential interview questions to help you find your ideal match.

Describe your experience as an EVA. How long have you been working remotely?

This question helps gauge the candidate’s familiarity with the role and their past experiences.

How do you prioritize tasks and manage your time remotely while supporting multiple clients?

Time management is crucial for EVAs, especially when remotely juggling multiple tasks and projects.

What software platforms do you use?

Assess the candidate’s technical skills and familiarity with tools commonly used in remote work environments, such as project management software and communication tools.

Provide examples of challenges you’ve encountered as an EVA and how you handled them.

This question gives insight into the candidate’s problem-solving skills and ability to adapt to various scenarios and if they can think on their feet.

How do you maintain confidentiality and professionalism when handling sensitive information?

Confidentiality is paramount, especially for EVAs with access to sensitive data. I provide my clients with an NDA and Client Services Agreement. See if they mention two-step verification, password managers, designated office space, and how they store and protect their data.

Now, let’s flip the script! EVAs, here is your cheat sheet!
