About

What’s my story?

With 25 years of experience as an Executive Assistant supporting C-Suite Executives and Board of Directors of Global Corporations, I was experiencing a growing discontent with sitting in a cubicle day in and day out. I was fast approaching corporate burnout despite loving what I did and being good at it! I was tired of 10-12 hour days, being on call 24/7, and over an hour in the Southern California traffic.

I was tired of working so hard to make someone else’s dream come true. I needed to find a passion for my work and life again. After some soul searching, meditation, and the creation of vision boards, I started my own business, The Virtual Assistant & Company.
